Delete Your Trestle Account

You can permanently delete your Trestle account and associated data from the app or request deletion by email.

Delete in the app

1. Open Trestle and sign in.
2. Open Profile, then Account settings.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

Email trestle.app.support@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Trestle account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your account, public profile, profile media, availability preferences, connections, messages, meetup requests, and other account-linked app data from active systems.

Retention

Deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before routine deletion. Retained records are not used to provide the app experience.
